AI, set up for real work
The right AI tools, set up for real tasks in your business, with your information kept private.
Friendly, practical help putting AI to work for local businesses, from our base in Midlothian, Texas. We learn how your business really runs, simplify the work, and train your team to use AI with confidence.
Most clients use a mix. We start where it will make the biggest difference for you.
The right AI tools, set up for real tasks in your business, with your information kept private.
Your tools, information and workflows, and who does what, laid out on one page.
Simpler workflows, written down so people and AI agents can both follow them.
Training on your own tools, at your pace, from everyday AI to leading it in house.
Every step is its own decision. Here’s what each one looks like, with a real example.
Coffee and a conversation, then an Initial Consult: time with you and your team, plus time in your systems.
Your written report: findings, suggestions and next steps you can use with us or on your own.
A setup project for what you choose, quoted in writing before we start.
A Growth or Partner plan, or Adhoc help: regular visits from people who already know your systems.
Practical AI training on your own tools, in three levels you take at your own pace.
A solid day’s work getting to know your business, and a written report within a week.
Your goals and headaches, how work really gets done, and your questions answered, AI included.
With your OK, we review your software, workflows and documents to see how things run today.
We work through everything we gathered, on our time, not yours.
Findings, suggestions and next steps, useful whether you work with us or handle it yourself.
Less time together just means more time in your systems. You get the same depth and the same report either way.
NDA friendly. We agree up front on what we can see, and the access you give us ends when the consult does, unless you choose to keep working together.
What can follow an Initial Consult: the system we planned for a property management company, including how every call and text gets handled. Names and details changed.
AI agents can take on whole tasks, but only once a process is mapped, simplified and written down. That’s where we start.
Typed into three places. Waits on one person. Follow ups slip.
One intake form. AI drafts the quote from your price list. You review and send.
An example only. Every business is different, and we never promise a specific automation. The report shows what fits yours.
Practical training at your own pace, built around your tools and your line of business. This is training only. Setting things up is a separate service.
For teams new to AI who want to use it day to day, safely.
For teams ready to use AI in the jobs they do every week.
For teams ready to design, run and improve their own AI workflows.
A 4 hour group session for any team or group: two hours, lunch and a meet and greet, then two more hours. Lunch included. Partner clients also get workshops just for them.
Real crows post lookouts, stash food and use tools. Our AI crew does the same kind of work for your systems. A person on our team approves every change before it happens.
Rules the roost. Answers questions in our client app, drafts tickets so you don’t have to, and sends each request to the right bird.
Perches up high and keeps an eye on your systems and your AI agent.
Stashes things like any good crow: backups, updates and upcoming renewals.
Brings back the small stuff, like adding a new user or updating a template.
Our tool user. Reviews how your agent makes decisions and suggests better rules.
Picks the stuck, unassigned and duplicate tickets out of the pile.
Applications sent from the website since yesterday morning aren’t showing up in the applications queue or the leasing inbox.
Fetch wants to add the new leasing agent as a user.
Not every bird works with every system. Every change gets the OK from a human.
Help as you need it, or ongoing help shaped around how much support your business needs.
On a plan, we keep access to your systems and an eye on how they’re running, and we learn your business a little better with every visit. So when something comes up, or you grow, the help fits how you actually work. You always see exactly where your time went.
Each plan visit is a 4 hour block at your office. Plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice, or a 90 day agreement that waives the onboarding fee. Not included: everyday IT support like staff passwords, laptops and printers, managing your staff, or round the clock staffed monitoring. How often the Roost checks in depends on your systems and priorities. Software and licenses stay in your name.

Yes. Less time together just means more time in your systems and documents. You get the same report either way.
It’s the fastest way to see how work really flows. We agree up front on what we can see, work on your computer or securely from ours, and access ends when the consult does unless you choose to keep working together.
We use business AI accounts that never train on your data, and we’re happy to sign an NDA. Training covers safe use for your team too.
